Professional services
Shield Automation Group provides custom AI strategy, automation consulting, implementation, integration, and related professional services. A website inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligation to perform work. Services begin only under an accepted proposal, statement of work, services agreement, or other written authorization.
Scope, delivery, and fees
Deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, schedules, fees, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, support, and any project-specific refund terms are defined in the applicable written agreement. Services are custom-scoped, quoted in USD, and delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely access, accurate information, necessary permissions, authorized data, stakeholder availability, and review of outputs. Clients retain responsibility for business decisions and for determining whether a system and its use comply with their obligations.
AI and third-party systems
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed according to the controls agreed for the project. Integrations may depend on third-party products, APIs, models, and policies outside our control. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by products mentioned on this website.
